Waiting for the Snow

It's been a tough winter, and by tough I mean there has been a lack of snow.  I'm used to the four seasons.  I love a good snowball fight, carving a snow angel, and of course sledding down a hill pretending I'm breaking record speeds.  But, this winter has been different.  I've seen about two flurries and enjoyed more 50 degree weather days than expected, but I hoped today would be the day that changed it all.

Today was supposed to be our long-awaited snowstorm.  Now it's only 4 o'clock, so Mother Nature still has some time, but I'm looking outside seeing the sun and feeing the 45 degree weather thinking yeah right.
