12 Days of Christmas - Day 1

This year, I'm having a difficult time writing Santa and mailing off My Christmas List. I want this and I think I need that ... only on repeat. 

Because today kicks off The 12 Days of Christmas, I'll be posting one thing I've admired all year long leading up to the 25th.

1) Santa, my first pick makes perfect sense. I work for an organization noted for being "pink." I find I like the color of my nails the most when painted pink. I heart Kate Spade. I imagine things like this - the work bell rings 5:00, singing my heart out the whole way home, parking my car, busting my apartment's front door open, uncorking a bottle of wine, tossing my legs up after a hard day at work, and smiling at the thought of these beauties resting on my feet. It's the little things, remember?

P.S. I was told I won't be getting a dog this year, which makes sense because my apartment won't allow one, but you can bet next year's list will be nothing but Golden Retrievers, Airedales, and Newfoundlands. :)
